I have lived in the Tampa Bay area, close to St. Petersburg, in my beloved Pass-a-Grille Beach, since 1986. My real estate career began in 1987 at the offices of Frank T. Hurley Associates, Inc., the oldest business on our beaches, since 1917. I am still here as well.
New York starring Katherine Hepburn. Rent maintenance jobs included legal secretary, ...account executive in a NYC based incentive design company, a secretary in a patent company, an office temp...and then in 1974, during the grandest time of the industry, I proudly became an International Flight Attendant with Trans World Airlines, and spent the remainder of my TWA career as an International Purser and Language Qualified person all the way to Cairo and Tel Aviv through our Italian gateway cities. I especially miss Flight 840 and those Italian flights!
NO ONE WORKS FOR YOU LIKE I DO.
During my early years as a Realtor I joined our local St. Pete Beach Chamber of Commerce, and from 1992 until 1999 served on the Board of Directors of that organization. I am a member of IPRO, International Pinellas Realtor Organization, and have joined the steering committee of the International Council of Realtors for our local Association. I hold my Real Estate Broker's license as an Associate Broker for 22 years, I have Graduate Realtor Institute Designation since 1989, Transnational Realtor Certification, 2009, I am a licensed Mortgage Broker for over 18 years. I have successfully completed all required courses toward designation as a Certified International Property Specialist and expect to complete my candidacy by early 2010.
I continue to grow my business and leverage all resources as I strive to make my local expertise more relevant in today's ever expanding global market. Join me in these new realms...

A new resident of New York City in the 70's, I was both training and performing...and I held various jobs to pay my rent, often simultaneously. I performed in dinner theatre at night, was soloist at two different churches on Sundays, and was secretary in the production office of the Broadway show 'Coco', which opened in
